Why is a "Gel" sunscreen better than a cream?

Traditional creams can be sticky and heavy, causing sweating. BellaCast Sunscreen Gel is lightweight and water-based. It absorbs instantly into the skin without leaving a greasy layer, making it perfect for humid weather and oily/acne-prone skin.

Will it leave a "White Cast" (safed parat) on my face?

No! That is the best part. Since it is a gel formula containing Avobenzone (a clear UV filter) and Dimethicone, it blends completely clear. It leaves your skin looking natural, not chalky or white.

What do "Ceramides" do in sunscreen?

This is what makes this product premium. Sun and pollution damage your skin barrier. Ceramides act like cement that holds your skin cells together. They "support the skin barrier," keeping moisture in and bad bacteria/pollution out.

Can it help remove dark spots?

Yes. It contains Niacinamide, which is famous for fading dark spots and treating uneven skin tone. While the SPF prevents new spots from forming, Niacinamide works to "reduce hyperpigmentation" that is already there.

Does it prevent wrinkles?

Yes. 90% of skin aging (fine lines) is caused by sun damage (UV rays). With SPF 50 and PA++++, this gel provides maximum protection against UVA rays (the aging rays), helping to "prevent fine lines and wrinkles."

Will it make my skin dry?

Not at all. It is packed with Hyaluronic Acid and Aloe Vera. Hyaluronic Acid holds 1000x its weight in water, ensuring your skin stays plump and hydrated while being protected from the sun.

Can I wear makeup over it?

Yes, it works as an excellent primer! It contains Dimethicone, which gives a silky smooth finish. Apply the gel, wait for a minute, and your foundation will glide on perfectly.

How much should I apply?

Don't be stingy with sunscreen! Apply it "evenly to clean, dry skin at least 15 minutes before sun exposure." A good rule of thumb is the "Two Finger Rule" (squeeze two strips of gel on your index and middle finger) for full face and neck coverage.
