What kind of pain does this oil fix?

This oil is an all-rounder for pain relief. Whether it is Knee Pain (Arthritis), chronic Back Pain, a stiff neck from sleeping wrong, or just muscle soreness after a workout, this oil penetrates deep to provide relief.

Do I need to massage it hard?

No, never. If your joints are painful, a hard massage can damage them more. Just take a few drops on your palm and apply it gently over the painful area until it gets absorbed. Let the oil do the work, not your fingers.

Will it burn my skin?

You might feel a mild tingling or warming sensation—that’s actually a good sign! It means the herbal ingredients are working to increase blood circulation in that area. It is soothing, not painful.

Is it very sticky/greasy? Will it stain my clothes?

Teamex Ortho Oil is designed to be quick-absorbing. It goes deep into the skin rather than sitting on top. However, to be safe, we suggest waiting for 5-10 minutes after applying it before wearing your clothes to avoid any oil marks.

Can I use a hot water bag (Sek) after applying this?

Yes, absolutely! This is the best way to use it. Apply the oil gently and then use a hot water bag or heating pad on that area. The heat helps the oil go deeper into the tissues and gives you much faster relief from stiffness.

How many times should I apply it?

For normal pain, apply it twice a day (morning and night). If the pain is severe, you can apply it 3 times. Applying it right before sleeping is very effective as it works while your body rests.

Can I apply it on a cut or open wound?

No. Please do not apply this oil on open wounds, cuts, or scratches. It contains strong herbs that will cause intense burning on open skin. Only use it on intact skin for internal muscle/joint pain.

Is it safe for elderly people with old arthritis?
